Payment terms
- Standard: SEPA, Stripe link (card), bank transfer
- Packages above EUR 600: 50% on order, 50% on delivery — or 3-instalment Stripe (3.5% surcharge)
- DPO retainers: first month upfront, then monthly. 12-month contract, 3-month notice after the first year.
- Cancellation: free within 7 days, then 30% processing fee.
